If you are in The Woodlands, Texas or surrounding area and are a beginner runner looking for a group of incredible ladies to learn to run with, this is your crew. We meet up 3 mornings and 3 evenings a week. Come join one or join as many as you want to. This Spring 2026 session's goal is to run a 5k by Mothers' Day.
Our focus is interval training, walking a set amount of time and jogging a set amount of time. The timing changes as we get more endurance and confidence. Each session ends with a cool down and yoga-inspired stretching.
We plan to start another session in September 2026., with a 5k group and potentially a 10k group and/or a sprint triathlon group (or both!).
