Hi! This is me, Lisa, finishing my first Ironman in Iowa. I was so happy to cross that finish line! It was a goal of mine for over 15 years, when I first started competing in triathlons. I trained a ton and definitely had my ups and downs, but it was an amazing feeling to finish. I want to help others have a similar feeling, whether through finishing a triathlon or running event, or anything that makes you feel genuinely good about yourself.
I have been an athlete all my life, playing in sports or running to escape the world. Recently, through training and injury recovery, I have been exploring the more holistic side of working out. I have added yoga and meditation to my workouts to help me feel stronger both physically and mentally.
I have an amazing support crew in my family. My husband and two kids are always up for an adventure. I also have three crazy and sweet rescue dogs.

I recently took a deep dive into foot and ankle mechanics through the "When the Feet Hit the Ground, Everything Changes" continuing education course for physical therapists. I am currently working on the RunDNA L2 Gait Analysis certification along with Children's Yoga and Yoga for Athletes.
I research extensively and constantly, exploring current ideas and technology to help our bodies and minds perform at our best. I look forward to working with you!
